An approval for the Chilean market for products with radio technologies is based on a SUBTEL certification. The SUBTEL certification is a permanent approval for the Chilean market, so that unchanged devices do not have to be re-tested.
The certification is based on national requirements of the authority, as well as basic requirements that
also apply to CE marking and FCC certification.
After successful approval by SUBTEL, the products are provided with a permanent approval.
