By Usability Testing the usability of products and applications of the everyday need and of telecommunications is evaluated, whereby after the analysis of possibly existing deficiencies also optimisation suggestions on the improvement of the usability of the product are made.

Usability Testing covers:

• examining the device functions according to recognized test standards
• evaluation of product representation and operating manual from the view of the customer
• optimisation of operating instructions for the respective target market
• development and design support
• evaluation of OEM products
• examining the usability with representative test persons (corresponding to the profile of final users)
