Ultra wideband (UWB) is a broadband signal in the frequency range between 3.1 GHz and 10.6 GHz, as defined by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This is especially important for WLAN technology, since UWB provides a higher transmission speed than conventional 802.11 technology.
After an expansion of our service portfolio, CETECOM now offers accredited ultra-wideband tests and is accredited by the German Accreditation Service (DAkkS). The test portfolio covers diverse scopes:
