Due to the growing demand for solar energy technology that use the sun's energy to convert it into electricity, the manufacture of solar cells and photovoltaic arrays has expanded dramatically in recent years. To meet the demands for this rapidly developping industry CETECOM has established a photovoltaic test and certification centre. The photovoltaic test labs are accredited according to EN ISO/IEC 17025; the photovoltaic certification service is accredited according to EN 45011.
